I’m Professional flairman

During the summer of 2013 I had my first ever bartending experience at Smash Bar in Bonassola, Italy. It was where I discovered I had a real passion for Flair Bartending that could develop into a professional carrier. To pursue my passion in April 2014 I moved to London to begin working at Caffe Nero. Although I decided to stay for only two months the experience was very filling and as soon as I came back to Milan I began collaborating with Flair Academy Milano, where I had the opportunity of teaching Flair courses to new recruits. In the summer of 2014 I participated and won 3rd place in the first season of Mixologist, a TV program of DMAX focused on up-and-coming barman’s and mixology. It was a great learning experience which helped me be recognizable and meet important members of the Italian bar industry. Later in the year I began competing in national and international professional flair championships. In the beginning making the cut to the final round was something that I though impossible, since many others were much better than I was. However, day after day I never gave up. Practicing new moves, adding routines and attempting to always best my previous show, tangible results only began to show in 2016. In 2015 I worked with several Clubs and was hired at several shows, catering and bar consulting events. During the spring season of 2015 Universal EXPO was hosted in my hometown of Milan. The universal exposition lasted six months and in different occasions I was hired to participate at events associated with Mixology and Bartending. Throughout the summer of 2015 I decided to work for Vanilla Club Jesolo in order to have a professional bartending experience in a high volume location like Vanilla Club. 2016 in terms of success and experience was by far the best. The year began with me being featured on the cover of Mixer, and Italian magazine focused on consumer trends and products. I provided my experience and advice as an up-and-coming Flair Bartender, and had the opportunity of meeting experienced professionals of the Italian bar industry. In …. I was featured in PlayBoy of Italy in the Cocktail month issue. This was the first time that one of my cocktails would available to such a vast array of people. Amazing! In December 2016 I participated in the World Final of the Lollapaloosa Flair Championship making the cut to the final round of the competition and achieving 10th place. Currently I cater at events, participate in shows and do bar consulting through Italy and Europe. All the while I compete in flair championships around the world.
